Respecting intellectual property rights and providing a clear takedown process.

Last Updated: October 2026. CalcuVerse respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how we handle copyright infringement claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws.

1. Our Position on Copyright

CalcuVerse is a discovery and information platform. We do not host, store, or distribute game or app files. All download buttons redirect users to official stores or publisher pages.

However, our Site may display trademarks, game titles, logos, screenshots, and descriptions that belong to their respective owners. We use such material solely for identification and informational purposes and do not claim ownership over it.

Note: If you believe that content on CalcuVerse infringes your copyright, we will respond promptly to valid takedown notices as described below.

  • Review the notice promptly.
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the claim appears valid.
  • Notify the affected party (if applicable) about the removal.
  • Take reasonable steps to prevent repeat infringement.

We aim to respond to all valid notices within 5–7 business days.

4. Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

Send counter-notices to the same email address with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notification."

5. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, CalcuVerse may restrict or terminate access to users or contributors who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to block access to any content or contributor that repeatedly violates this policy.
